Blood Level Conversion
Estradiol
pg/mL ↔ pmol/L
The typical target is 100-200 pg/mL, however levels around 200-400 pg/mL are useful for monotherapy to suppress testosterone and are commonly preferred.
Testosterone
ng/dL ↔ nmol/L
Testosterone should be under 50 ng/dL, and ideally under 30 ng/dL. Immunoassay tests will likely be inaccurate below 50 ng/dL. If you can, get the LC/MS test when testing testosterone.
Vial Life & Dose Calculator
The vial lifetimes are an estimate, please don't treat them as exact. Using vials for a long time increases the risk of coring and contamination. We recommend always having a spare vial if possible. This calculator is based on an offline spreadsheet calculator here.
